Great Christmas, tons of pictures

We had such a great Christmas again. We are truly a blessed and loved family. We missed being with everyone, but we did enjoy being together on a special day. Here is the play by play: Merry Christmas from the Stewart Family

Zach built Aynslee this awsome toy chest / chair for her room. He did such a great job. I only asked him to make it square, and he did all this decoration. You can tell he really loves his baby girl.

I made the seat cushion and pillows so she could play on it.

This is the "Santa room" this is what they got from Santa. I think they did pretty well.

Best Buddies

Now that Jackson is in school all day, Shade has finally decided that Aynslee will do. He just told me that Ayns is his best buddy. I am so glad. They would both wander around the house not really knowing what to do without Jax. We still miss Jax when he is gone, but I am glad these two have found each other. Best Buddies

Crazy times

A lot has been going on in the Stewart house. Zach's mom and dad came and stayed with us for a week, and we worked the whole time. We worked on spending money, on eating ourselves sick, and checking off items on Zach's TO DO list. We were busy.
Sue and I finished most of our Christmas shopping while the guys cleaned out our garage and organized it. What a change.
Then, Zach and Rich built a mantle for our fire place. It looks so good. I can't believe what a difference it makes.
Sue and I painted the kids bathroom just for fun, and we also got our Christmas tree and decorated it and Rich and Sue added a ton of gifts under it. We had such a great week. It is always good to see family and be able to strengthen family bonds. It was a great visit and now we are lost without anyone here. We miss you family!!!

On another note: IT SNOWED HERE YESTERDAY!!!!! I have never been so excited for anything in my life. I looked out the window and saw it snowing and I ran around the house looking for my shoes like I was a little girl, I grabbed the boys and we had to run around and scream and jump on the tramp. It finally made this holiday season feel real. I love the snow. I am a true Idaho girl thru and thru. I love you snow, thank you for visiting even though it was only for a day. Look at me!

It has been over a week now, but I thought that Jax loosing his tooth was blog worthy, even if it was late. Jackson's tooth had been loose for about a week when we went out to dinner. During dinner he told me he had something in his tooth and got it out. He went to the bathroom a while later and came back and showed me that it was not something in his tooth that he pulled out, it was his tooth AND HE SWALLOWED IT. That had been his biggest fear. He was so scared that it would fall out while he was sleeping and he would swallow it. He wrote the tooth fairy a very cute letter that said:

Dear Tooth fairy:
I swallowed my tooth.
I drew a picture of you.
Love, Jackson S.

Then he drew the cutest picture of the tooth fairy holding a bag of teeth and also a bag of notes (for all those poor kids who swallowed their teeth). It was so cute. She had a wand and a crown and a frilly dress and the whole thing. I am sure the tooth fairy will be keeping that note forever. He folded the note so it looked little like a tooth (to trick her) and woke up to .50. He was pretty excited. He is now working on the next one and is hoping he won't swallow this one. Our baby is growing up. Even his teeth are telling me that.
